HOW TO EXPRESS LOVE AND CARE FOR YOURSELF? ✨



Caring for yourself is a guarantee of a good internal and physical condition.

You can't even imagine how important it is sometimes to allow yourself to rest, please yourself, fill, in order to be in the resource again. Below I have prepared a list of things that can help you with this🍓

• Introduce the right habits into your life: charging in the morning, turning off gadgets an hour before bedtime, meditating.

• Dress in comfortable clothing and go for a walk in good weather. For example, in a park or forest. Nature and fresh air have a healing effect.

• Put your phone aside for a while. Stay in the moment. I'm sure many of you need this for a long time.

• Establish a sleep mode and get enough sleep, finally!

• Meet someone you haven't seen for a long time and who you miss. Long sincere conversations and hugs are energizing.

• Try something new: attend a vocal class, join a zumba, or go to the pool. Go there, from which goosebumps run through the body. Especially if you don't have a hobby. In no case should this sphere of life subside.
